Mission Statement
Our definition of home care is that it is an independent living support service defined by the individual needs of the client or by different stages in their lives. This can vary from enabling a young person with a disability to access college to assisting an older person with their independence so that they can continue to live at home.
We at Inhome Care, both Care Assistants & Managers, have a passionate belief in the philosophy of independent living for all. Through our experience we are aware of the challenges & rewards involved. We at Inhome Care operate a team approach between all our Clients, Care Assistants & Managers while also linking in to the wider network of services available in the community.
After 15 years experience of operating home care services we not only have the hands on experience of delivering home care but we also have a full working knowledge of how the HSE operates its community based services & how to access services of voluntary organisations. We understand that coming to grips with how it all works can be daunting, especially at a time of crisis. We're here to help.
We aim to be structured enough to work effectively and flexible enough to be responsive to clients' individual needs. Respect and dignity form the core of Inhome Care. We have found that essential to an effective service is peace of mind to clients and their families. We work to make this a reality through consistency, reliability and effective communication. Trust is the cornerstone of any relationship.
