Ageing Care
Inhome Care recognises the need in delivering a service that can help the older person stay in their own homes and retain their independence for as long as possible. In order to meet this need, Inhome Care provide home, personal assistance and minor medical care (e.g. dressing of wounds by trained nurses).
Personal Care Services
- Help with washing and dressing (including bathing and showering)
- Assistance with Toileting & Continence Management requirements
- Assist with meals and encourage healthy eating
- Oral Hygiene
Assistance with Mobility
- Assist with any transfers needed (including use of transfer equipment etc.)
- Help with Physiotherapy programmes
- Accompany on walks outdoors and to the shops, run errands (i.e. picking up prescriptions etc)
- Accompany client to GP & Outpatient Appointments
Home Help & Social Respite Services
- Driving to Appointments, shopping, social engagements etc...
- Assistance with correspondence
- Manage Appointments
- Social respite activities based service for older people (i.e. accompanying them on day trips to parks, shopping, theatre & church etc.)
- Overnight care both sleepovers and waking duty
- Accompany and encourage client to social events
- Emotional Support
Home Based Respite
Inhome Care provides Home Based Respite to high dependency clients. This service enables primary carers to stay with other family members or friends or even to go on holiday, benefiting the quality of life both of the primary carer and the client.Care assistants are introduced and trained in well in advance, so the Primary Carer can trust the care of the Client to our Care Assistants in the knowledge they will deliver high quality care in keeping with their normal routine.
The Primary Carer can handover the care of the Client to our Care Assistants knowing they can be trusted to provide high quality care.
