We supply a 24hr 365 days a year emergency on-call service to all our clients in receipt of after hours or weekend services.
This means that there will always be a professional & experienced Care Manager at the end of the phone at any time of the day should you require any assistance with your service.
We find that this service is invaluable to any of our clients who receive after hour or weekend services as it means that if ever there is an accident or emergency we are always on hand to help to sort it out.
We have found that this is a fantastic support to families of our clients. Their minds can be at rest if they're away or on holiday knowing that there will always be a Care Manager on hand to help in the case of any emergencies.
